Hi, I'm Ally!

I'm a fibre artist with a soft spot for animals, strong coffee, and a really good TV binge.

I specialize in custom wool pet portraits, blending embroidery and needle felting. I first picked up a needle and hoop in 2019 and quickly fell in love with the endless ways fibre can be used to express creativity, add texture, and bring personality to a piece. That’s why I call myself a fibre artist. It captures the variety of techniques and materials I use, from classic embroidery to canvas felting.

Growing up surrounded by pets, I’ve always felt deeply connected to the special bond between animals and their humans. That connection inspires every portrait I create. My goal is to capture not just a likeness, but the spirit, quirks, and heart of your pet, because they’re more than just pets.

When I'm not creating portraits, you’ll usually find me thrifting for clothing, tap dancing, experimenting with new crafts, or out on a walk with a coffee in hand. Most of these moments are spent with my family, they're a big part of who I am and the heart behind everything I do. Whether it’s tagging along on thrift hunts or cheering me on through each portrait, they’re always close by.
