Fibreworks By Ally offers custom handmade wool pet portraits and related products ("Products") through this online storefront. All Products are made to order and involve manual labor and artistic interpretation.

2. Orders & Custom Work

• Each portrait is custom made based on the reference photo(s) you provide. The clearer and more detailed your photos, the better the final result.
  
• Because each portrait is made to order, all sales are final. Refunds are only available within 24 hours of purchase if work has not yet started.
  
• Requests to cancel must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.
  
• Estimated completion times are listed on product pages. These are approximate and may vary based on order volume.
  
• You must have permission to use any reference photos submitted. By uploading an image, you confirm that you own the rights or have obtained permission to use it for your order.
  

3. Shipping

• Orders are shipped with tracking.
• We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.
• If a package is lost in transit, we will work with you to locate it or offer a replacement or refund.
• Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
  

4. Intellectual Property

• All designs, products, images, logos, text, and artwork on this site are the intellectual property of Fiberworks by Ally unless otherwise stated.
• You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the content or products without express written permission.
• We reserve the right to share photos of finished portraits on our website, social media, and for promotional use unless otherwise requested by the customer at the time of order.

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform illegal acts
• Attempt to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the site
• Transmit viruses or malicious code

All products are sold "as is." Due to the handmade nature of each item, small variations or imperfections may occur. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
