How It Works
After placing your order, I’ll reach out within 1–2 business days to ask for your pet’s name and photos, or feel free to send them right away to fibreworks.ally@gmail.com.
Choosing the Right Photos
Since your portrait is based entirely on your pet’s photos, please send 2–4 clear, well-lit images.

Can you add my pet's real fur to the portrait?
At this time, pet fur is not accepted
What if I don't have 2-4 photos?
No problem at all! I can work with what you have. That said, having fewer photos or ones with limited lighting, blurry details, or tricky angles can make it harder to capture your pet’s unique features as accurately. But don’t worry, I’ll always do my best with the images provided and will reach out if I need anything else to help bring your portrait to life.
Can it be framed in a embroidery hoop?
Because double pet portraits are larger and take up more space, they can’t be framed in an embroidery hoop. They’re best suited for traditional frames to ensure the full design fits and is properly displayed!
Do I see my portrait before it ships?
Previews may appear on social media and a photo can be sent if requested!
How big is the portait?
Portraits are approximately 5x7". Frames are 9x11".
